The geek is located right in Green Valley, AZ. Arrangements can be made for an on site visit to your home / business or you can drop your computer off, but by appointment only. Directions given upon request. Some customers prefer remote support via the internet, so that's available as well. His diploma is in Business Microcomputing from a technical school in Rochester, Minnesota.
