This is because we understand that being charged with a crime or civil violation can be stressful, confusing, and outright frightening. We take a unique approach to each case, as different cases with different facts and issues call for different strategies. Some cases call for litigation of legal issues, some for litigation of facts to a judge or jury, and some for working out of court to convince prosecutors to dismiss or substantially reduce charges. Our attorneys have won dismissals, acquittals and substantial reductions in charges through all these methods.
