What we do for property owners: find and screen tenants run credit, criminal, and eviction reports on all tenants manage maintenance problems apply for rental licenses meet inspectors for rental and section 8 inspections collect 1st month and security deposit prior to move in (we can also hold security deposit but most are owner held)
