hired Michelle Handy to manage my property 3 years ago. At first she was very helpful, attentive and I thought very knowledgeable. This last year of utilizing her services has been very stressful and trying on me and my finances. Michelle Handy has facilitated a tenant to live in my home rent free for 3 going on 4 months. I cancelled our contract 2 weeks ago and my current lawyer has been trying to get simple information from her and she has been nothing but difficult. And clearly continues to have no concern for assisting with removing the tenant. Please be careful if you decide to hire her. Update: 7/30/21 It has now been 4 weeks later and I have still not received the documents I requested that Michelle agreed to provide. I have also not received the security deposit from when we ended our business. I am writing this review now because Michelle has blocked my number and refuses to respond to emails from both me and my lawyer. I would report her to the better business bureau but her business is not registered. Please beware of using her services she is extremely unprofessional. I tried to give 0 stars but unfortunately I'm not able to. Update: 9/15/21 still have not received security deposit tenant still living in my home even after lease expired on 9/1/21. Michelle brought tenant to me who she did not vet and now I am living a nightmare this woman created due to her unprofessionalism. Please do not use MICHELLE HANDY to handle your rental property or sell your home. I whole heartedly regret hiring MICHELLE HANDY.
