Bicoastal.com specializes in website design and management, internet and social media marketing, search engine optimization, online communications, and public relations. Established in 1996. Bicoastal.com was launched in 1996 during the infancy of the Worldwide Web. That same year, company owner Chris Kilbourne -- a journalist and lawyer by training -- was asked to help build and then manage the first website for the Bergen Record newspaper in New Jersey. Chris later moved down to Philly.com, where he managed the websites for the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News. In 2001, Chris returned to Connecticut to help design and manage the subscription websites at Business & Legal Resources (BLR), where he remained until 2010. While there, Chris helped grow BLR's online products into the company's largest revenue source. He also managed email newsletters with a combined circulation of more than 360,000, helped develop the company's intranet, and planned and implemented the company's social media strategy. Chris now provides communications, website, social media and internet marketing services to clients in southern New England and New York.
