Do yourself a favor find another custom builder I wish someone would have warned me and posted a honest review prior to signing and instead of being misled by FAKE NEWS …just to get a 5 star rating on google (there too many other companies out there that will provide a better quality, experience and will respect your business) Don’t let the so called “showroom” room fool you this is a family owned and operated business with no communication, no pride and no attention to detail and no accountability. They label themselves as a custom home builder but produce TRACT HOME QUALITY from start to finish. We didn’t get what we paid for and when we did, we had to fight for it. After pointing out poor craftsmanship WE even got LOCKED OUT OF OUR OWN HOME ( how unethical ) my guess it was to deter us from identifying any more issues prior to closing so they could get their final draw ($)..and RUN
