1. Did a total hack job remodeling a rental home. 2. Took final payment and never showed up again. (New contractor had to replace 90% of his "work" 3. Stole my 76 year old dads generator and garage heater. 4. Had basement loaded with excess supplies. (Obviously was over ordering and taking the excess before I changed locks) Failed 3 separate inspections. (Passed once I got someone else in there to redo his work). I wish I never would of hired this little guy (Frank Vitus). Poor work quality but even worse was the dishonesty and stealing. Worst hire of my life and not even close.
