I'd like to give a shout out to Jennifer from Excelsior Community Management Company. She took care of us by returning my son's set of keys and gate remote when my son unknowingly dropped/lost it. I spoke to her briefly and she mentioned that she found out who the owner of the set of keys by going through their system and searched by the gate remote's Serial Number. I have been living in the community since 2012 and I have nothing but positive remarks for the staffs of Excelsior. I also spoken to Myra (I believe) over the phone to register our other remote that doesn't work with the new gate control box. It only took her a few minutes but the convenience to have both gate remote working is priceless. Thank you both for working diligently and keeping our community safe and pleasurable to live with.

I would like to put in a good word for GiGi our manager from Excelsior Community Management company. She is assigned to Wedgewood Town House Community and represents our HOA board very well. She has very good management skills and things get done quickly under her leadership. That is why she represents a Five Star management Company from Riverview.
