Over 32 years our satisfaction rate is 99.99 % . Business doesn't stay in business for 32 years without customer service. For the record the judge did not order the piece replaced and there was no testimony by 4 contractors. The customer is responding with histeria and is not factually correct.

The whole experience was a literal NIGHTMARE, before we get to the worst part I will preface with all the damage that was done to our property by Color Crete owned by Denny Hazelton when they came to install concrete countertops. They left our floors a muddy mess, scratched multiple pieces of our backsplash, scratched our stove & sprayed permanent ink all over our freshly painted cabinets. They also cracked a piece of the concrete backsplash in half, installed it anyway smeared silicone all over the crack hoping we wouldn’t notice & left without saying a word. Here’s the worst part, they chipped off a corner of our countertops during installation, didn’t consult with us but continued to install them defective. Said they wanted to do a “repair” with bondo which looks horrendous. It doesn’t even match the countertops & wasn’t sealed properly so now it is even more discolored. Refused to replace the broken piece so we had to take them to court. Denny said “Bring it on!” The judge ordered him to replace the chipped countertop, he flat out refused, so she awarded us money which he again refused to pay. Said I was “out of touch with reality!” for wanting him to replace something HE broke. We had to consult with a lawyer & go through even more paperwork & spend more money to put a lien on his property, still no payment was made. He wanted to settle for less than half of what the judge ordered, we refused to settle. This man thought he could make the rules & get out of this but because we went through the courts & got a Lien he was finally forced to pay us what we were granted by the courts. It took 9 months before we finally got a check. I’d prefer to have the brand new countertops I paid good money for but this man had zero interest in working with us. The judge agreed the chip repair looked bad & that 4 other contractors unanimously agreed the piece should have been replaced. Not once did Denny apologize for damaging our property or try to make it right in any way.
