Clint Prosser owns Brick to Branch and My Tree Guy Tree Experts. We had problems from the beginning of our three part project - clearing & grading, sodding and fencing. His crew didn't grade or clear the whole lot, even after doing it twice. I graded what they didn't, but now dealing with stumps growing back into trees. Clint was supposed to lay Zoysia but made the decision, without consulting me, to lay Bermuda. He did switch it to Zoysia (based on the contract and what we discussed) which is about 1/4 crabgrass and weeds. Next step was the fence. I sent him a picture of what I wanted but he bought another type, without consulting me at all. Never mentioned it that he couldn't find what I wanted, just had his crew deliver it. There are problems with the fence that need to be fixed before we can stain it. For three months, Clint has ignored my 4 phone calls and 11 texts. Clint says the things people want to hear, but has serious ethical issues, does not follow up with the work his crew does, has no sense of urgency to get things done unless payment is due, does not honor his warranty and is a poor business man. I have a long list of promises made by Clint which he did not do, or did poorly. Some are in writing, some are not. We are in the process of repairing the fence and the cost of that will determine if we go to small claims court. Getting a warranty is worthless when using Clint Prosser and Brick to Branch.
