I didn’t like the idea of coughing up $200 to get my lock replaced as quoted by the hardware shop near my place. For second opinion, I looked online and found http://www.WestCovina.Universal-Locksmith-Store.com. I called them up and stated my requirements. Surprisingly, they listened in on what I needed and gave me a low price over the phone. I was still skeptical – I was quite aware of how locksmiths trick people into believing that they’re getting the best but add on absurd charges in the final bill! When Gary was done with the replacement and handed out the bill. I wasn’t even charged a dime more from the quoted price. That’s unbelievable! Wish other locksmiths learn from Universal Locksmith Store! Cheers to the best firm in West Covina! Thank you guys!!!!

After being tricked by the hardware store into getting cheap copy keys made, one week later one of the copy keys broke within the lock! It aggravated me beyond words! It was 9 pm then and I was worried there would be no one around for help, but clearly, I was worrying for nothing! I spoke to Jones from Universal Locksmith Store who assured me of prompt assistance. Sure enough, he got there within minutes and removed the pieces still lodged within the lock, careful not to damage anything in the process. He explained how the cheap materials used to make the key couldn’t withstand usage (Usage??? I’d barely used it for a week! ) That’ll teach me never to fall for cheap stuff again! Despite being late, Jones was nice enough to make new good-quality keys for me!
Would recommend Universal Locksmith Store to all my friends, family, co-workers! Surely, they’re the best in West Covina! You should try them out!

I had an early flight and my lock had chosen the worst moment to get jammed. After dialing a gazillion numbers, I almost concluded that no one was gonna turn up to help at such a late hour. My home was in a remote locality in West Covina, and it was a personal choice I’d made to ensure I get some peace and quiet. Situations like these, however, make me question if I made the right decision moving to such an inaccessible locality. Thankfully, the last number I dialed - 626-382-3553 - was of Universal Locksmith Store! Jones immediately agreed to get there and as promised, he was at my place within thirty minutes. He got the lock working again in no time. While I wasn’t worried really about the prices since I just needed the job done, it was an added bonus to know that it had cost me less than 50 bucks.
