There are two types of locksmiths: one, that requires a zillion calls to be made before they get there and two, locksmiths who take the initiative and follow up on you. Well, Parker Locksmith Store happens to fall under the second category. Though I’d made the appointment with them at 8pm, I couldn’t make it on time. But Jack from Parker Locksmith Store followed up, and patiently waited for half an hour until I reached home. Thank you so much for waiting it out. I thought the extra waste time was going to cost me, but they didn’t add any fee for it. Thanks again for your wonderful work. I’ll recommend them to all in Spring Valley, OH 45370! After an ugly tussle with my ex, my hopes of any reconciliation were dashed. But what bothered me more was my safety. My ex still had the keys to my apartment and had a nasty temper. I knew I had to do what had to be done to stay safe. The lady next door who had been listening in on the argument all along recommended that I call in Parker Locksmith Store. And I did! The technician that was sent over shortly, John, was extremely polite and understanding. Once I narrated my ordeal, he told me that getting my locks rekeyed was the right option and without further ado, he started off with the process. He was done with it in no time and handed over a brand new set of keys. I couldn’t be happier with their service and the economical bill. I made it quite clear that I couldn’t schedule another date if they missed this appointment. I was leaving for town the next morning and before I left, I needed a new lock on my front door. However, the locksmith didn’t show up. Thankfully, despite not making an advance appointment, Anderson form Parker Locksmith Store somehow managed to squeeze me into his schedule and got there within half an hour. Good service! He discussed all the options with me before proceeding and also explained the difference between my old cylinder lock and the one he was installing ( without me asking). Overall, I think their service is great and I would feel 100% comfortable calling them again if I ever needed a locksmith in Spring Valley again! ThanksParker Locksmith Store!!
