There’s no denying it: Lock Key Store does have a way with customers. Dave was ever so polite, and he explained the process clearly so I’d understand what I was signing up for. All this without me even asking! I had my building rekeyed to a master key system in less than 2 hours. That was super quick and super affordable. Thanks a million!! Highly-recommend them! I moved into a new place and the first thing I wanted to do before moving the boxes in was – to change my locks. The property was around ten years old, and I didn’t want to risk my security just to save a few bucks. I was new to Buffalo, NY and resorted to asking my neighbor for suggestions on a good locksmith. I was put through to Lock Key Store. Gary got there in ten minutes, and after a quick look at my locks, he said that the locks were fairly new, in good condition, and could be put to use for a few more years. He suggested that I rekey the locks instead. Well, he could have made quick money by changing the locks, but he didn’t. That’s a level of integrity I’ve never observed in any locksmith I’ve hired previously. I even redeemed a special discount coupon I found on their site https://www.Buffalo.Lock-Key-Store.com. Yes, on an already low bill, I got a further reduction. Could I ask for anything more? Highly recommend! FIVE STARS for extraordinary customer service!!!

There aren’t many locksmith firms that offer genuine service. All the locksmiths I’ve hired in the past have either offered me shoddy service or tried to rip me off. And to find a firm such as Lock Key Store truly came as a surprise.
