Don’t know where to start - from the friendly technician who answered my call to the talented guy who came over, everyone was just awesome! Five stars for their services!! No hidden charges, no upsells, completely transparent and honest services. My sister has been their loyal customer for years and after moving to New Egypt recently, I’ve become one too. There’s just one word for them: FANTASTIC!!! After reading positive reviews about them online, I simply had to give them a try. I picked up their contact details from their website http://www.NewEgypt.Estate-Locksmith-Store.com and called them up past midnight for a repair. The guy who came in from Estate Locksmith Store (I think he was named Ronnie) got my MulTlock working in no time! I thought he was gonna charge me a bomb for it, but asked a very reasonable price. I’ve since called Estate Locksmith Store up and asked for Ronnie to come over three times for various reasons. Never once have I been anything short of happy with the service provided! Excellent job Ronnie and his team from Estate Locksmith Store!!! You guys are hands-down the best in New Egypt!

I sure am glad I found Estate Locksmith Store! After a string of bad experiences with locksmiths - some were rude, some were late, some were pricey, some were complete scamsters – I thought I’d never find a good service firm. I own a string of condos across New Egypt and had to hire locksmiths frequently. After a friend suggested Estate Locksmith Store, I thought, sure, why not, after all I’d tried nearly every other company in New Egypt! I must say, I’m really impressed.
