He came with a full set of tools and had a wide range of key blanks loaded up in his van. It only took him fifteen minutes to get the job done… Great service, flat rates, skilled team! I couldn’t afford any more delays. I’d already waited 3 hours for a technician to arrive and get the spare keys made. Service was great! I don’t think I can find any better in Crandall, TX 75114. The technician was friendly and knew his job very well. I needed a new set of keys on an urgent basis. Their website https://www.Crandall.Locksmith-Master-Shop.com had mentioned that they offered 24 hour services at no extra charges and true to their word, I was charged only for the keys and wasn’t billed for the hour I’d requested service in ( which was 11:30 pm). Highly recommend Locksmith Master Shop to all! If you’re in an emergency, you can count on them completely!

The lockset wasn’t working properly and so I called Locksmith Master Shop to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric. The lock on my door was a special decorative one and the locksmith I had originally purchased it from went out of business a year ago. Five stars! These guys did an amazing job. Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Locksmith Master Shop salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a Schlage Primus high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys!
