Top notch service! I hired Locksmith Master Shop after checking out their impressive website https://www.Crandall.Locksmith-Master-Shop.com. Apparently, they offered 24 hour service at zero added charges. I worked odd shifts, and the only time I’m at home is after 11 pm. Joe was very understanding and he instantly agreed to get there at my time of convenience. Earlier, I used to take a day off from work to supervise the maintenance work but with Locksmith Master Shop, I don’t have to. Thanks for fixing the locks up and offering me great advice on maintaining them. I can’t recommend these guys enough! If you need a locksmith in Crandall, TX that values you and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service, they’re the ones to go to….

Here goes my first ever negativity-free review: Locksmith Master Shop was nothing short of perfect, and being the insane critic that I am, it stumped me when I came to realize that Locksmith Master Shop just didn’t have any flaws. Right from the rep who answered my call to the guy, David, who came over to get copy keys made, these guys were complete professionals. He came with a full set of tools and had a wide range of key blanks loaded up in his van. It only took him fifteen minutes to get the job done… Great service, flat rates, skilled team! Right when I thought it couldn’t get any better, David mentioned that I could get a discount if I produced a coupon that could be found on their site http://www.Crandall.Locksmith-Master-Shop.com! You guys are the best!!! Locksmith Master Shop could teach other companies in Crandall a lesson or two! Five stars!!!!

I couldn’t afford any more delays. I’d already waited 3 hours for a technician to arrive and get the spare keys made. I decided to cancel out on the firm I’d hired and called Locksmith Master Shop instead. From the point of placing my call to using the newly crafted keys, it took less than an hour! Believe it or not, that’s how fast these guys were!!!! Wish I hadn’t wasted so many hours on the other firm that claimed to provide ‘Fast’ service! From now on, if I ever need a locksmith in Crandall, I’ll call Locksmith Master Shop! I recommend you should too! They’re number one!
