Universal Locksmith Store is simply the best service agency in Grosse Ile, MI 48138. Required a few repairs around the house and called them up. The technician, Steve, showed up at our door promptly, clearly explained the options without upselling any product and gave us a complete estimate. I wasn’t in desperate need of a locksmith or in any emergency, I just needed new locks installed in my property without spending a fortune for it. Universal Locksmith Store delivered beyond my expectations. I always value good service, like many of you reading this review. The locksmith was on time, efficient, talented, and a really fun person to talk to. I’m completely confident that he set me up with the best locks available under my budget. How? He showed me the stark difference in quality between the old lock (an outdated, poor quality, worthless lock) and the new one (sturdy and new). All the technicians seem incredibly talented. You can easily tell by seeing them in action that they know their stuff. The dumbest thing I ever did was when I locked myself out of my home when I was out to get the morning paper. I stood there in my PJs, looking completely clueless. All my windows were locked and I didn’t fancy the idea of breaking into my own home. I had the phone but had no idea whom to call for help. Having exhausted all the options, I reluctantly knocked on my neighbor’s door for help. Thankfully, John was understanding and called up some locksmith he knew. I thought it was gonna take forever, but it didn’t! Within ten minutes, the technician had arrived and helped me gain access into my home. I’m not sure if I should be more thankful to John for getting help or to the locksmith who’d come from Universal Locksmith Store. I jotted down their number 734-259-3659, so that in future, I was never stuck in an awkward situation like that again! Save yourself the embarrassment, and call Universal Locksmith Store..
