Professionalism at its best! From the way the call was handled to the technician’s arrival to installing the locks, everything was carried out in near-perfect manner. This was my first time hiring Village Locksmith Store but I can say for sure that it won’t be the last. I wasn’t sure what lock I needed, a friend suggested going the old-fashioned way and using a padlock, whereas a neighbor recommended getting a deadbolt installed. There were also a few other suggestions thrown my way. The multitude of options only ended up confusing me. Thanks to Village Locksmith Store for clearing my dilemma up. John carried out a full assessment, asked me a couple of questions, and suggested that I go in for a keyless lock. I had a history of losing keys, and he figured this would work best. I couldn’t agree with him more! He fitted a brand new lock in no time, showed me a demo and doled out tips on getting the best out of it. Such comprehensive service packed into an affordable package!!! They’re no doubt the best in North Bend, OH. Eric is the best!!! He worked his magic and got the dead smart lock working again… I expected him to charge me a bomb for calling him up after business hours, but surprisingly he didn’t! All the locksmiths I’d hired previously added up several charges on the final bill.
