AVOID AT ALL COST OR FACE THE COST. CARELESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE. NO ONE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISTAKES EVEN AFTER BEING CALLED OUT ON THE SPOT WITH PICTURES. I have a limited edition Audi S4 B6 Convertible that I baby and keep in impeccable conditions. I came in Saw Mill Auto Alignment for an oil change (I brought my own high quality oil, filter, and other parts so all they needed to do was the fairly simply labor). I watched, Richie, the mechanic lift the car incorrectly and carelessly catching part of the side skirts with the lift. The result? a hole, dents, stress marks, and ripped side skirt on all four corners where the lift held the car. I calmly and respectfully asked for a solution. Richie, the mechanic tried to insist that it was already there, but I took pictures of it all while the car was lifted and even pointed it out before he brought the car down. After not being able to denied the damages he sent to me to the owner of the shop to another location. When I went to talk to the owner the owner blamed the mechanic while telling me, in a rude tone, that "he had nothing to do with it and not to come to him with this issue." Went back to the mechanic and he insisted that the owner was the only one that could provide a resolution. It will cost me $1016 just in parts to repair the damage. Will never be back at this place.
