Ten on Ten for Father Son Locksmith Shop. Why? Came out to help me at 11 pm on a national holiday. Most locksmiths in Rochester were either unavailable or quoted twice the normal rate stating special circumstances. Thankfully, I found them online and received immediate assistance. Jeff got my lock working in no time. I slept peacefully that night, knowing that no one was going to walk right through the unlocked doors. Best service. Best prices. Best locksmith in the whole of Rochester, NY! Highly recommend!

The fact that I had lost my keys and was locked out of my home, came nowhere close to the feeling of paranoia that swept me! What if the wrong person finds it? Perhaps, my ex? I knew I was being unreasonable but I simply wanted to have my locks changed then and there! I searched frantically for a good locksmith in Rochester and found Father Son Locksmith Shop. They had a mountain of good reviews and I had a feeling they’d get there at once! And they did!
The technician, Mark , took only ten minutes to get there and hear me out. He suggested that I opt for rekeying instead of replacement to save some money and got the job done within minutes. He could have easily exploited me, but he didn’t – and that’s why I’ve remained a loyal customer to Father Son Locksmith Shop for over a year now! Trust me when I say this, Father Son Locksmith Shop is truly the best locksmith company in Rochester! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment when I had to pick up the phone and call a locksmith again. But when I came across Father Son Locksmith Shop’s website a few weeks back after carrying out an online search, little did I know how my entire opinion was about to be altered. They’re quite unlike the rest! The technicians are talented, courteous, and carry out their work with integrity.
Flat rates, quality products, prompt service, no upselling and zero extra charges – what more could I ask for? I’ve called them nearly three times and not once have they been late or I’ve been charged more than necessary. I don’t think there could be anyone that’s any better in the entire Rochester. Keep up the good job!!!!
