Can you define customer service? Well, Locksmith Master Store just redefined it by offering service like never before! I scheduled an appointment at 8 pm. They weren’t late - they were actually ten minutes early! The technician, Joseph, was very interactive and spoke passionately about the profession. He even gave me free advice on how I can keep the locks in good condition for a long time, though I never asked for it. Once done with the job, Joseph suggested that I look up their website https://www.DeSoto.Locksmith-Master-Store.com and redeem a coupon for an additional discount. Impeccable service from Locksmith Master Store! Right from the guy who answered the phone to the person who came home to install a new chain lock; everyone seemed to know their job! I had 5 locks that needed to be rekeyed at my new place and decided to get quotes from a bunch of locksmiths before finalizing on one. I called Locksmith Master Store finding their charges the lowest. Also, they were available for same day service. Andrew quickly and professionally rekeyed all the locks. He also spotted a problem with a cabinet lock and fixed it free of cost!!!! For the quality work they offer, I think their services are too underpriced!
