Terrible! STAY AWAY!!!!!! Major error and omission in the inspection of my house, resulting in the need to replace a custom French door to the tune of over $11,500. Takes NO responsibility for his incompetence. Have heard from others in the RE business in Fort Worth who told me this is a REGULAR occurrence with this clown. I have bought at least 35 homes and currently own 22, so I know a bit about the home buying process and whether someone is competent or NOT!
