Contracted with Kimberly Hawk/lifetime floors to redo my bathroom and make it wheelchair accessible in May. The unlicensed plumber…
Contracted with Kimberly Hawk/lifetime floors to redo my bathroom and make it wheelchair accessible in May. The unlicensed plumbers that were sent, cut the gas vent leading from the drain to the outside. I had to hire someone to fix it as they could not produce a licensed plumber to fix the pipe. The drain needed to be lowered and Rafael her trusted partner, let his tile person lower the pipe and not the drain. The bathroom once again will flood if the water is turned on. I contracted for shelves to be put in and there are none installed. They installed a barn door that is about 6 inches too narrow . Kim has contacted me and has offered to sue me but never offered to fix the mistake and to reimburse me. I am also a senior citizen living on a fixed income and she is aware of this but offers no help.
