The worst. I guess I should have known better. When I originally found Henderson Lawn & Landscape I very specifically told them in no way am I interested in doing business with anyone that does not honor their appointments and/or commitments. Well, we made an appointment for 10:am this past Monday a week in advance for them to come and give me a quote for shrub work. At 11:am that morning they contacted me and said they couldn’t get their until 2:30pm. I took the morning off to meet with them. I told them to forget it, they couldn’t even honor and be on time for our first meeting for a quote. Not wanting to loose the business, they asked if they could could still come if they arrive before noon and I stupidly accepted. Then, after they quoted me for the work and I agreed with absolutely no haggling, I told them it’s completely up to them when they do the job as long as they show ON-TIME or call in advance if they need to reschedule because I will again have to take the day off. They made the appointment as you can see below for 9:am Wednesday. At 10:15am I messaged them because no one showed up and no calls. Worse, Wednesday came and went with absolutely no show, no calls, nothing!!!!! So I wasted a vacation day because they don’t even have the courtesy to show up or even call. I will be sure to spread the word how unreliable they are and how their word isn’t worth 2 cents!!!!!
