A disappointing and costly experience Several years ago, I trusted J C Consulting with my taxes. That trust ended up costing me. I was audited by the IRS because of a software glitch in the return they prepared. I had to pay out of pocket for an error that wasn't mine. When I went back for help, he told me not to worry because situations like this were covered under E.N.R. He looked me in the eye and said he'd take care of it. After that, he dodged my calls for weeks. When he finally picked up, he suddenly claimed there was nothing he could do. I asked about the E.N.R. coverage he had promised, and he told me he wasn't covered anymore because he switched agencies. That sounded suspicious, so I did my own research. Sure enough, I learned that because I filed under his policy at the time, I was still eligible for support. He simply didn't want to deal with it. I ended up paying the price-literally. I won't go back, and I wouldn't send anyone I care about there either.
