She is a good groomer but she lacks customer service skills. I live an hour away. We liked her for her one on one. However, I have been trying to get my dog in since February. She has changed times, rescheduled appointments and for the last time canceled an appointment while I was headed there. I have been understanding. The last appointment she canceled which was Sunday morning. She didn't feel well. Okay no problem. She said she would reach out to reschedule during the week. Wednesday evening I reach out to her to see when we can reschedule she tells me she has nothing available. No desire to make it right. As if she just doesn't want to groom my dog anymore and hoping I got the hint. If she didn't want to groom him anymore, it would have been better if she said that instead of wasting my time. I've been using her for a few years. Her attitude has really gone down hill.
