I was working with one of their customer service reps, discussing a design. The owner, Tom Bowser ( who obviously monitors all his worker's email traffic), stepped in and was quite rude and unprofessional, telling me that they did their mock ups as a courtesy, and that if I wanted something different, to go hire a graphic designer and send them a file. Yikes. A totally un-warranted and un-necessary intervention, that did nothing but put me off. I am now working with Custom Neon out of Kansas City. They are based in Australia. Very nice. Beware of using this company! They will confirm they can do the job and turn around with less than 48 hours before your event and tell you that they can not complete the job leaving you with not other options. Now I have to go tell my client sorry this company over promised and under delivered. My company will not be using them anymore!
