If I could give this company a zero or negative rating I absolutely would. Lack of communication and response time was disrespectful to the fullest extent. We were under contract to cash purchase a 300k house. He pushed for a 30 day close. Twice the city didn't approve the house for certificate of occupancy. He didn't stand behind his workmanship what so ever. Nobs on cabinets were not even, railing was not tight, toilet was constantly running, island electric was not connect, kitchen cabinet doors were not put on right, front porch was not done to code and the basement was not done to code. He knew we were flying in from Florida and the day before closing we had no extension for closing because he wouldn't respond. When we got the MN the day before closing the fridge was still not in the house. Day of closing still no word from him we had to give him an ultimatum and he declined our request so we canceled our contract with him. He cost us so much time and money. Don't walk but run from this company.
