So disappointing. I contacted Lucy for a move out clean and we scheduled a date and time. The night prior to the appointment I realized we hadn't discussed logistics (accessing my home, payment methods, details of what is going to be cleaned) so I contacted Lucy to discuss. Lucy texted me at 4:30 in the afternoon letting me know my home had been cleaned. I responded. I returned to my home at 5:30 and discovered the terrible job that was done. I asked Lucy what exactly was cleaned. She responded to me at 11pm. Not everything she said was cleaned was actually cleaned. I sent her pictures supporting my dissatisfaction. She still charged me $100. I have been very busy as I am moving across the country and discovered more things that were not cleaned two days later. I had already paid Lucy and reached out to her to ask if I could get some of my money back. She never responded to me. I had to call out of work on my last week to clean my home as my floors still had dirt all over them. Horrible experience. Too expensive! She wanted to charge me $200 (for a two bedroom one bathroom apartment) but knocked the price down to $100 after I mentioned my concerns. I doubt she was at my home for an hour. Beware!
