Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Edward was excellent! I was locked out of my home and called up Parker Locksmith Store after finding their number on http://www.Racine.Parker-Locksmith-Store.com. The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it! After I’d given him the go, I was back inside within minutes. The best part – my lock was intact and there was no damage on the door. Thank you Parker Locksmith Store! You’re amazing Edward! Wish every company in Racine, learnt something from Parker Locksmith Store. Customer service at its best!!!!

No extra charges, no hidden fees – just plain, upfront pricing! Complete satisfaction – not just with the prices, but with the quality of their services as well! The guy who came over, Tony, was a complete pro. He knew his job really well. There was no way any other locksmith could have fixed up my MulTlock within minutes the way he did. Have saved their number 262-546-8232 and am definitely calling them in the future.

It was around 11 pm, but I figured it shouldn’t be a problem since several locksmiths claim to offer 24/7 service. Despite calling countless locksmiths to get to my place and fix the door, none of them turned up! Parker Locksmith Store was the only company in Racine that responded to my call and sent a technician to my place at once. I’ve saved their number 262-546-8232 so that in future I don’t end up sifting through other numbers before finding the right one! Parker Locksmith Store is undeniably the BEST!!
