The lock that a local locksmith claimed would last 3 years was now jammed – and it didn’t even take 3 weeks for problems to start showing up! I wasn’t expecting it, especially not when I was tired and looking forward to getting some sleep! Thankfully, the guys over at Usa Locksmith Service were extremely understanding of my situation. I called them up after finding their number listed on their website http://www.Durham.Usa-Locksmith-Service.com and they took less than 15 minutes to get there. They got the lock working temporarily and I scheduled an appointment the next day, to get them replaced with better ones. Smooth, efficient and completely affordable! As far as I know, they’re the best in Durham!

Some things cannot be left unsaid, and my experience with Usa Locksmith Service just happens to be one of those things! I was all set for a business trip, my bags were packed, the windows were secured shut, checked the stove, double checked all the locks and finally stuffed my luggage in the car. I turned the key in the lock and after a little fumbling, I heard a snap. Of all the moments my key could have chosen to break, why did it have to be this one? It was one of those times were you’re practically on the verge of experiencing a meltdown. I was expected at my office in an hour, but here I was rendered completely helpless due to a key! I was new to Durham and I didn’t have several friends. The lady next door who’d been observing it all recommended that I call Usa Locksmith Service… I didn’t know how a locksmith was gonna help me when I had such a severe shortage of time, but after getting their details from http://www.Durham.Usa-Locksmith-Service.com, I gave them a call anyway.
An hour later, I’d managed to join my team for the trip. How? All thanks to Mark! He got there in under 10 minutes, extracted the broken pieces, got a copy key made using some tools in his van and I was all good to go! Every other office on the block now had those state-of-the-art digital locks! That is, every other office, except for mine! I finally took the issue up with the rest of the directors and after a heated discussion, we all agreed that a security overhaul was in order. We called a technician from the shop down the block, who came in, changed all the locks, replaced the door hardware, charged us $500 and left. Exactly one week later, the lock he claimed carried ‘3 years warranty’ lay broken in pieces. Thankfully, the intruders hadn’t done away with much of the office’s property. What irked me the most was how those new locks had barely lasted. Furious at what had just happened and determined to set things straight, I looked online, found a reputed firm on http://www.Durham.Usa-Locksmith-Service.com and called them.
