Stephen watched his father's dedication to his job and saw him excel in corporate America; however, he felt called from a young age to go into business for himself. Athletic and competitive, Stephen played basketball throughout his childhood and through college at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Stephen loved the systematic coaching and training he received and, upon graduation, looked for a company that would do the same. After graduating, he started a career in a boutique-style direct marketing and sales firm where he quickly moved up and was promoted into a management position. In 2009, Stephen became a Managing Partner at Clear Vision Communications in Cleveland, Ohio and received an award for Rookie Owner of the Year in 2009 and Partner of the Year in 2013. Since stepping into a Managing Partner role, Stephen has expanded his company into 13 new markets nationwide and plans to open 5 new offices in 2017.
