Don’t know where to start - from the friendly technician who answered my call to the talented guy who came over, everyone was just awesome! Five stars for their services!! No hidden charges, no upsells, completely transparent and honest services. My sister has been their loyal customer for years and after moving to Columbia recently, I’ve become one too. Things have been rough on the monetary front ever since we moved into a new home! It was a nice place, but the excessive expenditure wasn’t so nice after all! Thanks to Master Lock Key Store for helping me cut corners. After receiving price quotes from quite a few locksmiths in Columbia, I zeroed in on Master Lock Key Store. I needed my locks changed, but John from Master Lock Key Store believed otherwise after he’d taken a look at the locks. They were quite new and he believed rekeying them will do the trick AND help me save a substantial amount. I agreed, of course and within an hour he was done with the job. John could have easily replaced the locks like I’d asked, for the quoted price, but he chose to look beyond making some money and helped me out when I was in a real cash crunch!!! When I was out for a visit to my mom’s place in Columbia, I couldn’t help but notice the dilapidated condition of the lock on her screen door. She was quite careless when it came to stuff like this, so, I decided to take matters into my own hands and called Master Lock Key Store. The lady next door handed out their number 803-291-0235 to me and since I didn’t know any locksmith there, I trusted her recommendation. I’m sure glad I did! Gary was quick to reach the spot and was a complete professional. After presenting a range of options along with the prices, he got the lock installed in a jiffy. Wish I had a locksmith like Gary back in my place! If you happen to live in Columbia, you’re surely fortunate to have Gary and his team from Master Lock Key Store backing you up!
