After locking myself out of my home, I was left helpless standing on the porch. My neighbors were away, and I had no habit of stowing away keys under vases. The worst part was that it was now half past ten and I knew that the chances of finding help were next to none. Nevertheless, I found myself turning to the one place I always turned to when I needed answers – the internet. The first couple of listings were useless.. some didn’t answer, a few lines I couldn’t get through. Surprisingly, my call was answered within three rings, and within the next 30 minutes, I found myself enjoying a steaming cup of coffee.

After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Liberty Locksmith Store was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. And that’s what I call a true professional!
