Jack seemed enthusiastic about his job and was a very fun person to talk to. He shared a few interesting tidbits from the world of locksmithing and offered great advice on keeping my locks in great shape, so I wouldn’t need frequent repairs. With such friendly, professional and affordable service, Waban MA Locksmith Store has surely become my favorite in Waban, MA. I’m planning on a complete overhaul, get rid of those old locks and upgrade the security, sometime next month. I couldn’t seek help from anyone – it was past midnight and the towing services I called told me ‘regretfully’ that they didn’t extend services outside the heart of the city to inaccessible locations. For a moment, I considered abandoning my vehicle there and taking a cab or a ride back home. But the freeway was completely empty and so I ruled that out. I was starting to freak out and made frantic phone calls to a couple of my friends. One of them suggested I call Waban MA Locksmith Store. They instantly agreed to provide assistance. Dave drove up all the way to the ‘inaccessible’ location within ten minutes. After that, it only took him minutes to unlock my vehicle. Their number 617-804-1806 is going down on my contact lists, so that the next time I found myself in a sticky situation, I wouldn’t be left helpless. Swift and quality work! Dave from Waban MA Locksmith Store rekeyed a total of eight locks in less than an hour and handed over the new set of keys. What’s more, Dave agreed to work after all the employees had left so that my business would not be interrupted. Considerate locksmiths who truly value customer satisfaction!
