I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Tolland CT Locksmith Store. And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them. I needed a spare key. I know that a local hardware shop could have helped me with it, but the only problem was, it was 10:30 pm and all the shops were shut. I had to leave town urgently the next morning and I needed a spare to hand out to my neighbor to let the maintenance workers in. Literally, every 24-hour locksmith I called seemed to either deny service, or didn’t pick up my call – that is, every locksmith but Tolland CT Locksmith Store! Dave arrived in less than 15 minutes and being a complete pro, he handed out the copy key in minutes. Tolland CT Locksmith Store has redefined the levels of customer service. I took the time to check out their website https://www.Tolland.CT-Locksmith-Store.com later – and found that they do much more than key cutting. Definitely calling them again!!! Turns out, it’s the best decision I ever made. Jack was a total pro and I even got a nice discount using a coupon from their website. Here’s what I think of them: Service : 5/5: They were quick, professional and good at their job. Pricing: 5/5: Rates were lower than most companies. Also, they didn’t charge me extra for arriving at my doorstep at 11pm. Response: 5/5: Can’t get any better than this. They were quick to respond to my queries over phone and sent a technician in less than fifteen minutes. My verdict? They’re simply the BEST in Tolland, CT 6084.
