I needed a kitchen faucet replaced- I told Brian to get one for me. He came back a few days later and told me that the faucet that he ordered wouldn’t work- didn’t say why. He said that he had one at the shop and would be back later that day. He installed the different faucet. When I got the bill, I was shocked!! $350 for a faucet plus he charged for the hours and mileage while he was gone. I’m on disability and have very limited income.
I had a problem with the faucet shortly after installed and I told Brian to remove it- I didn’t want it. He wouldn’t, said it’s under warranty so he would just fix it.
These people have no conscience and zero customer service. Do not use them!!
