In addition to women's mental health, Dr. Hostetter has a strong interest in integrative psychiatry, or the use of both conventional and complementary medicine in a holistic approach to patient care. She is a diplomat of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. She has participated in extensive training in cognitively based compassion meditation through the Emory-Tibet Partnership and has a special interest in cognitive behavioral therapy for healthy eating and weight management.
