I don't recommend this company at all. They built a deck in my home prior to me purchasing the home. 4 years later I find out that they did not pull a permit when they built the deck and I ended up getting a violation on my title for it. I reached out to the company and he gave me an excuse trying to blame it on the HOA. I asked him for help so that I can pull a permit and the only thing he gave me was a structural plan and pictures which was not of any help. I reached out to him again for a zoning plan and he stopped taking my calls and answering text messages.
