I love Saladmaster products. We have purchased four sets over the years for our entire family. I ordered a replacement handle at the beginning of November 2020, with a promise that it would be shipped 11/10. In a month and a half, I have not received my handle. I have called the company three times, and no one has answered the phone. It doesn't matter what department I call, nobody is there. Nor has any department returned my call. They took my money immediately but reneged on shipping the handle. What kind of a company runs their business like this? Buy Saladmaster, but avoid this location. What is amazing is that even with this review, I bet anything that I will not receive attention.
