I just can’t stop showering praises on these guys, and I’ve got plenty of reasons to do so! First, when I called in State Locksmith Services with a service request, the dispatcher was ever so polite and assured me of immediate help. I was locked out of my home, and while my stress levels were running on an all-time high, his assurance definitely helped calm me down. Second, it only took them ten minutes to get there. For a person who has previously waited for hours on end for a locksmith to arrive, this superfast response came as a pleasant shock. And then, when it comes to the service, Tony had the lock opened up in a few minutes without inflicting the slightest damage on it! Truly incredible! For all I know, Tony is the best locksmith I’ve ever come across in Little Rock.....

Very professional and affordable! I needed a deadbolt but had mistakenly placed an order for a deadlatch. Despite placing an order for the wrong lock, John was extremely understanding, explained the difference between the two, confirmed what I needed and returned with the required lock within minutes. John is great – and completely charming! Recommend him and State Locksmith Services to anyone who needs locksmith services in Little Rock. They didn’t even charge me extra for making two trips due to my mix-up! Highly-recommended! PHENOMENAL!!! I just don’t think there’s another word that befits the description of what State Locksmith Services is all about! Don’t know which is better, their services or the low rates at which they offer them.. My daughter ended up locking herself out of our home (for the umpteenth time) only last week. As usual, I asked her to wait it out at her aunt’s by the time the guy I usually called got there. Despite waiting for two hours, he wasn’t there. After endless follow-up calls he flatly told me that he couldn’t make it cos he was on the other side of the town. Infuriated beyond words, I looked online and found State Locksmith Services. These guys had amazing reviews and decided to give them a try.
Within ten minutes, someone from State Locksmith Services reached the place and my daughter was back inside in no time. And the best part was the price!!! I was charged half of what I’m usually charged by other locksmiths. David even suggested installing a smartphone operated smart lock owing to the remarkable track record my daughter had when it came to losing keys! I scheduled an appointment for the installation the very next day. Who wouldn’t? Little Rock is extremely fortunate to have State Locksmith Services… 10 on 10 for service and prices! Their number 501-337-0023 is down on my favorites list… will call them again!
