We are paying for 75Mbps Download and 5Mbps Upload, I have run test several times and we never get this rate. I just ran it again through speedtest.net and got 1.54Mbps Download and 4.09Mbps upload. (This is not a mistake, we are paying extra to get the 75Mbps and I am getting 1.54Mbps right now. I would love to have an alternative, we had Hughesnet before and never had this problem.

It pays to visit this store. They go out of their way to help. Meanwhile, phone support is beyond horrible. Comcast should can phone support and give raises to these guys. Sadly, I still don't have service, but it's not because of them. There's a reason why monopolies are bad for consumers, yet cable and internet are still granted monopolies. At least I know I can walk in here and talk to a human who can make stuff happen. Thanks, guys!
