I called Anchor Locksmith Store to fix a broken garage door lock and I received excellent service. The technician, Ed, did an amazing job and was so friendly. I could tell from the way he talked about his work that he absolutely loved it. His attention to detail stunned me. There was a small patch of rust on the side of the door that he spotted and fixed up right away.

Sadly, the new lock I installed on my door got busted within two weeks. Turns out, the locksmith who had the lock installed, not only did a poor job with the installation but also charged me a bomb for a poor-quality lock. I was furious! But there was no use now! If only I had picked Anchor Locksmith Store for the installation process. These guys are indefinitely the best in Melbourne. Ralph discarded the useless lock and fitted a new and better version. The total bill didn’t even come up to half of what the previous locksmith charged me! Somehow, the replacement key I’d got managed to break in about two weeks. The worst part was that it just didn’t break at some random place, it broke inside the lock. So now there were pieces of the key stuck in the lock which made it impossible for me to operate it with the spare I had. I called Anchor Locksmith Store on 321-275-5595! They were about the only ones who were open late at night, according to my neighbor. And sure enough, a rep answered my call and assured me of sending help right away.
Within minutes, there was a locksmith at my doorstep. David was careful not to damage the lock while he extracted the broken pieces. He took one look at it and asked me if I’d got it made at a hardware shop. I did, yes, but how did he know that? Apparently, such stores use low-grade material and improper techniques to cut keys, hence, the absurdly short life. David got a new key made right there and I could definitely make out the difference in terms of quality. To my surprise, all this cost me less than what I’d paid at the store….
