Tired of being transferred around call centers in India before eventually being hung up on? I was so I went to talk to a real person about service issues I had been experiencing and a friendly and helpful guy named Jon actually helped me. I still think Comcast is a really expensive and terrible company that will change your rates as soon as your "promotion" ends. As far as going into the store and having them help you though it is certainly worth a try.
