Huge space, very new comfortable surroundings. Wait time for me was about 10 minutes to change out a box and minor changes. Parking is kind of tight, extra spaces in the back of building. Big screen TVS with different shows running. Comfortable seats and convenient pay stations on your accounts. Only drawback I think to the place are the older generations who are much more used to hands on customer service, so that does account for the longer lines. Another problem was I didn't know they opened this new place up after traveling to Bloomfield and finding out they closed that office. A card in the mail could have saved me a long trip. Looks good so far
