If I had to sum up my experience with Express Locksmith Store in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself.
I called Express Locksmith Store on 203-267-0492 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price I’d paid for it! Well, what’s done was done.. I’m never buying telly advertised stuff again! Thanks to Express Locksmith Store, I didn’t have to throw the lock out!!! Will definitely call them in future for suggestions and other lock upgrades! BEST SERVICE in Cos Cob! Give it a shot, highly recommend it!

After an ugly tussle with my ex, my hopes of any reconciliation were dashed. But what bothered me more was my safety. My ex still had the keys to my apartment and had a nasty temper. The technician that was sent over shortly, John, was extremely polite and understanding. Once I narrated my ordeal, he told me that getting my locks rekeyed was the right option and without further ado, he started off with the process. He was done with it in no time and handed over a brand new set of keys.

Though I’d called Express Locksmith Store on a busy weekend, they managed to arrange a technician visit to my place in Cos Cob, CT 06807. I was going away on a vacation, and a break-in next door had left me rattled. I needed to ensure that my locks were in perfect order before I left. Jack got there in less than half an hour, and he immediately got down to the job. The lock worked perfectly, but Jack highly recommended upgrading the lock, since it was now around 6 years old.
