All I needed was a spare key, it wasn’t even an emergency! But the way Super Locksmith Services responded to my call was simply stupendous! Hats off to you guys!!! I got my spare key handed out to me within 30 minutes of placing the call! Trust me, when I say that there’s no one better than Super Locksmith Services! I’ve had my share of bad experiences with locksmiths in the past and I know what I’m talking about! Carried away by the advertising, I purchased a digital lock. Barely a month after installation, it started malfunctioning. I wasn’t willing to throw it away having spent over 200 bucks over it. So, I looked on the web for solutions and landed up on https://www.Alexandria.Super-Locksmith-Services.com. They offered lock repair solutions and it was exactly what I needed. David from Super Locksmith Services managed to fix the lock in a trice but advised me against using it for long, since it was a poorly-made duplicate of the original. I’m planning on getting the real one installed sometime around next month. And guess who I’m calling? Super Locksmith Services of course! They’ve got no competition in Alexandria, KY…

Can you define customer service? Well, Super Locksmith Services just redefined it by offering service like never before! I scheduled an appointment at 8 pm. They weren’t late - they were actually ten minutes early! The technician, Joseph, was very interactive and spoke passionately about the profession. He even gave me free advice on how I can keep the locks in good condition for a long time, though I never asked for it. Once done with the job, Joseph suggested that I look up their website https://www.Alexandria.Super-Locksmith-Services.com and redeem a coupon for an additional discount. Seriously, these guys put customers above making a profit – and there’s no other locksmith in Alexandria, KY who would do that! Highly recommend…
