I had an interview to attend in an hour and from the point of calling Universal Locksmith Store to the point where the locksmith opened up my locked car, it only took a total of 30 minutes. Couldn’t be more pleased! I made it to the interview and nailed it! Wouldn’t have been possible without you guys! Thanks for doing an excellent job! I never write reviews online unless I’ve had a really bad experience, but this time, I made an exception! The guys at Universal Locksmith Store were too good to not be written about! All I needed was a spare key that I could hand out to my son so he had access to the house when he returned from school. Gary arrived, complete with all the tools needed for the job and a friendly smile. He got the copy key made in minutes and charged reasonably for it.
For all you people who’re dealing with lockouts or critical issues with your locks, if Universal Locksmith Store could address the minor issue I had so promptly, I can only imagine the level of service they'd offer in an emergency. These guys are the best in Northfield and you definitely must give them a try!!

Thank you Universal Locksmith Store for being so understanding of my situation! Nearly 4 firms denied service past midnight, stating reasons such as my concern not being important enough or that my home was too far off from the city! How was it not important enough? I needed a lock fixed before I left town in a couple of hours. And when they’d clearly mentioned extensive serviceability, the excuse that my house wasn’t quite accessible seemed in poor-taste.
