While my experience with the online and phone tech support was as bad as normal, my trip to this location was excellent. I needed my modem replaced and the entire process took five minutes. I was out of the store before my daughter even had time to check out all the tablets. J Z (the clerk) was friendly and efficient, he took care of my problem without any guff. This location also has ample parking, it's clean and well lit and they opened at nine on the dot. They were ready to help even though I was there first thing in the morning. My experience with this Xfinity location was marvelous, we'll be sticking xfininty internet for the foreseeable future after such exemplary service.
