I made it quite clear that I couldn’t schedule another date if they missed this appointment. I was leaving for town the next morning and before I left, I needed a new lock on my front door. However, the locksmith didn’t show up. Thankfully, despite not making an advance appointment, Anderson form Community Locksmith Store somehow managed to squeeze me into his schedule and got there within half an hour. Good service! He discussed all the options with me before proceeding and also explained the difference between my old cylinder lock and the one he was installing ( without me asking).
Overall, I think their service is great and I would feel 100% comfortable calling them again if I ever needed a locksmith in Greenbrae again!

Once I’d moved into a new home, the sheer excitement of it all washed away other critical matters that had to be taken care of. It was only when I was locked out and a concerned neighbor stepped in to unlock the door with a spare key he had did I realize the huge oversight I’d made. I couldn’t be happier with their service. The technician, Andrew, was a true gentleman and knew his job! I wasn’t really worried about the prices, I just needed someone to help me get into my car asap! After a dozen calls to various locksmiths, I finally called Community Locksmith Store up on 415-690-1247. James got there in a flash! Well, not literally, but it only took him about ten minutes to get there! That was super fast! You know the best part? The prices! I had already whipped out a couple hundred bucks to hand out to him, but found the bill less than 50 bucks. I had called them up after midnight, and the fact that a firm was available in Greenbrae to handle emergency requests with such rapid response, has enabled me to sleep much better at night… I highly recommend them to anyone who’s got a careless friend or relative like me! Pass on their number to them! You never know when they might misplace keys and end up needing locksmith assistance in the middle of the night!
As for Community Locksmith Store, keep up the good work guys! And thanks a million for being there when no else was! You definitely deserve a 10 on 10 for that!!!
